Jean Monneus built his approach to performance coaching across military postings in Europe, Asia, and the United States — environments where results were non-negotiable and excuses weren't accepted. That discipline shapes every client program he writes.

Submit your application through the site. Jean reviews every application personally. If you're a potential fit, you'll be invited to a discovery call. There's no cost to apply — but not every applicant is accepted.
All memberships are month-to-month after an initial 3-month onboarding period. The 3-month minimum exists because real results take time, and the first 90 days are where we lay the foundation.
For online coaching, yes — programs are written for commercial gym access unless otherwise arranged. Home gym programs are available if your setup is sufficient. We'll discuss this during onboarding.
Jean writes every program himself, is personally available to his clients, and limits enrollment to maintain quality. You are never handed off to a junior coach, assigned a template, or managed by an algorithm. This is direct, high-accountability coaching.
Yes. Members can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are available at the end of a billing cycle. Jean will advise on which tier fits your current phase.
All tiers include nutritional guidance. Elite tier includes full custom macro protocols and supplement recommendations. Foundation tier covers core nutritional principles and strategies that align with your training program.
